SailPoint IDN Devel oper

We are seeking a talented and experienced SailPoint IDN Developer with a strong focus on integration, automation, and identity governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully merging multiple SailPoint IDN instances, automating identity lifecycle management processes, and integrating SailPoint IDN with various applications and systems. Core Skills expected when we ask for a Sailpoint Developer

• Overall experience of 5+ years in IAM Products specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud(IDN)
• Well versed and strong implementation experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud(IDN)
• Good experience in performing VA Setup for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud(IDN)
• Strong concepts and experience of implementing User Lifecycle Management and Birthright Provisioning in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud(IDN)
• Strong hands on experience on integrating/onboarding applications on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud(IDN) - Active Directory, Entra Id, SAP Success Factors,SAP S4/Hana, Custom connectors, SOAP and Rest Web Services, Delimited Files, JDBC etc.,
• Strong command on developing the Rules and Transforms
• Strong knowledge on configuring OOTB workflows
• Good knowledge and implementation experience on RBAC
• Good knowledge and implementation experience on Access Recertifications and Access Request
• Good knowledge and implementation experience of configuring Custom Reports, Email Templates etc.,
• Good experience of working and contributing the requirement gathering, design and UAT process and documentation
• Should be able to guide Junior Developers for implementation and other phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3 to 8 years of experience working as a SailPoint IDN Developer or similar role in Identity and Access Management
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IDN architecture, components, and capabilities
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with IAM concepts and technologies, including Lifecycle Management, provisioning, Deprovisioning, RBAC, Access reviews etc
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Preferred (Good-to-Have) Credentials
• SailPoint Certified Identity now professional certification
