As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our high standards of quality and service.

Job Description:

As an F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the day-to-day operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive the restaurant’s success through strategic planning and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.- Oversee daily food and beverage service operations.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.- Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage.- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.- Develop marketing strategies for business growth

Customer Service:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews.

Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.- Control costs and optimize profitability.- Analyze financial data and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce expenses.

Menu Development:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus.- Monitor food and beverage trends and incorporate them into the menu.- Ensure menu items meet quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in using restaurant management software.- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
