Job Title : SAP IBP Consultant

Work Location : : 8 to 16 Years

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP demand, supply and/or IO modules in a functional lead role.

- If possible, someone who has a scrum master background. We don't need both to have this.

- Someone who is comfortable recommending best practices against what the tool is capable of

- Experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support experience, of which more than 6 years should be in SAP IBP

- Should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Roll out or Production support experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.

- Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and Overall knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of clearly communicating analysis & solutions to the customer.

- Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation

- Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules. Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces.

- Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes.

- Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines and capacity to resolve general issues related to SAP IBP S&OP

- Working experience in SAP HCI setup and exposure to complex interfaces

- Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.

- Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts.

- Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.

- Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs.

- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.

- Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented. Must be willing to work in a team.

- Project management skills will be a value add.

- SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
