Job function includes but is not limited to:

• Work on topology and architecture definition, design, simulation, verification, and documentation of various analog / mixed-signal modules (such as buck converter modules, analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, phase-locked- loops, etc.) used in power management chips.• Actively involved in the entire design cycle including specification and architecture definition, circuit design, simulation, layout support, bench / ATE evaluation, debugging and design support for mass production.• Mentor and assist the junior members of the team with their day-to-day design and debug tasks.• Guide layout designers for sensitive custom layouts.• Be hands-on in post-silicon debugging, lab testing, characterization, and troubleshooting.• Explore alternative design techniques to meet the chip specifications while minimizing device costs with ample opportunities to innovate during the design cycle that can lead to patentable ideas.• Will be working with a small, nifty, focused, world-class design team in a creative role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in analog IC design from premier institutes with 4+ years of analog, mixed-signal, or RFIC design experience.• Must be proficient with the Cadence Virtuoso environment.• Knowledge of behavioral modeling, System Verilog, Verilog-AMS, and Matlab programming.• Knowledge of mixed-mode simulation and SOC integration.• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.• Must be a team player.
