Job Title: SAP PM Technical Consultant / Software Engineer Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore, Gurugram, Experience: 6 12 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Technical Consultant to design, build, configure, and enhance SAP PM solutions. The candidate will work on development, customization, deployment, and integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in ABAP/HANA development , PM module configuration, and problem-solving, with opportunities to lead small teams or provide mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, code, and test SAP PM applications across multiple clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and configuration of SAP PM solutions. Develop ABAP / ABAP OO programs, enhancements (BADI, User Exits), reports, and interfaces (BAPI, RFC, IDoc). Troubleshoot and debug complex application and integration issues. Participate in deployment planning, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring of team members. Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain documentation. Must-Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. ABAP / ABAP OO development for SAP HANA. SAP PM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience with work orders, notifications, maintenance plans, equipment, and functional locations . Knowledge of database management and SQL. 6 months 1 year in SAP Service Management Professional Attributes: Ability to work independently and act as an SME. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Team player with mentoring and knowledge-sharing capability.
