Job Title: GRC Senior Analyst

Experience: 10+ Years

You are expected to do:

BCP & Infra DR Planning and executing related activities.New & Review of Documentation – Policies, Processes, Plans, Manuals, and Proceduresdistribution and response – Policies, Processes, Plans, Manuals, and ProceduresInternal AuditsInternal Review Cycles – Enforce compliance.Governance for Information Security ProgramStrategy Development and BudgetingInfoSec, Audit, and Assessments Business PlanOrg – Periodic Document Review coordinationPeriodic Site Risk Assessment (GDC, Ext GDC, Khammam)Enterprise Risk Management (Assessments/Treatment)Compliance Programs - External (SOC2 Type II, ISO27001)Security Compliance for Internal Projects/Support functionsExternal VAPT exercisesReview of existing Security controlsDesigning Security Forms/TemplatesSecurity presentations for Prospective clientsTechnical Security assessment's & AuditsSecurity Tools POC's, and DocumentationEvaluate GRC tools including ones for BCP & DRAnnual Security Walkthroughs and Tabletops as part of compliance.Major Incidents – Enforce compliance.Infra & IT Refresh – Enforce compliance.Security Forums & IT Forums – Participation and ComplianceInitiate GRC ForumPlan & Execute Security Awareness programs.Request for Information (RFI)Vendor Risk Assessments (VRA) for Supply chain complianceRegulatory Compliance (GDPR/FERPA/HIPAA etc.)
