Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for an Event Operations Manager at Togoparts. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with event planning, setup, marketing, customer service, and communications. Reporting to the Head of Events, the role involves coordinating and executing virtual sports events, ensuring smooth operations, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing marketing efforts on social media and various channels.

Project Hours and Commitment2-month project. 30 hours/week who can commit to daily standups and the agile ceremonies with set synchronous working hours remotely from 1 pm to 8 pm Singapore Time. Incumbents who demonstrate value will be considered for long-term contracts or Full-time employment.

Role & Responsibilities

Run daily event operations such as setting up/modifying events, activity management and participants management on our platform.Assist in executing the fundraising and/or virtual sports event from conception to conclusion.Craft, and send communications to participants and non-participants for acquisition.Digital marketing activities to promote ongoing and future eventsCustomer services, enquiries and feedback with the internal team.Related moderation activities for various online services.

QualificationsNative, Fluent and Clear spoken and written communication ability in English. Please do not apply if you cannot speak comfortably in English working with an international team.Operations Management, Event Planning, and Customer Service experienceUnderstands the Marketing 4pn and is experienced in social media marketing, and content creation.Strong LLM AI Chat prompting skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the fundraising and events industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
