ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role in end-to-end finance managementCoordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the sameEnsure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organizationMaintain investor relations and reportingDevelop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflowsPerform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiativesManaging and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.Coordinate and oversee external & internal audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development.

RequirementsCA with a minimum 10 years of experienceLeadership role of minimum 4 yearsDirect Tax/Indirect Tax ComplianceGood Analytical skillsGood Communication skillsExperienced in corporate finance and investor relations
