Bauer We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer (m/f/x) for our plant in Mumbai. Your tasks: Develop and implement scalable test strategies aligned with ISTQB best practices Plan, coordinate, and execute system, integration, and acceptance testing Create and maintain structured test documentation and ensure traceability Design and maintain automated test procedures integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to align QA with project goals Your profile: Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education Several years of software testing experience, including experience in a lead or senior role ISTQB Foundation Level certification required; Advanced Test Manager preferred Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration Proficiency with JIRA, and familiarity with Zephyr or Xray test management tools Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing We offer you: Attractive remuneration package Modern software and hardware International team with colleagues on different continents Direct involvement and cooperation in ongoing projects Individual further training opportunities
