We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our product development team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across multiple product lines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define test strategies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for new and existing products. Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies. Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
