HT Media is on the forefront of innovation in the advertisement industry. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Product Manager to lead the development, adoption and refinement of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Ad Tech initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertisement industry, a deep understanding of leading CDP platforms, and the ability to harness power of AI/ML technologies for advanced targeting and personalisation.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects. It requires a collaborative leader who can work across teams to align our technology stack with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:Lead HT Media's CDP and Ad Tech solutions' product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.Collaborate with engineering, marketing, growth and product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the CDP with business objectives.Design and implement features to enrich audience data so that the platform support advanced audience segmentation, targeting, and personalisationEstablish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the CDP and Ad Tech solutions.Explore and implement AI/ML-based solutions for lookalike modelling, contextual targeting, and other advertising optimisation use cases.Work closely with engineering teams to implement event-driven architectures to support real-time data processing and targeting.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.Measure and analyse product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior product manager in the advertising industry or having worked on data products.Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, targeting, measurement, and attribution.Proven experience in implementing and managing CDPs.Strong knowledge of data modelling, data architecture, and data pipelines.Provide thought leadership to identify AI/ML techniques and their advertising application.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
