Job Description


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for samples review and approval process
  • Evaluate sample comments and tech packs to fulfil customer requirements
  • Provide technical support to merchandisers, related vendors, and factories
  • Liaise with merchandisers and factories to establish corrective action plans
  • Daily communicate with vendors, mills and internal team
  • Perform other ad hoc duties
  • Open to Travel to factories across India to get the work done


Job Requirements (Education / Experience / Skill-set)

  • Diploma or above in Textile / Clothing or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years’ solid experience in related field
  • Good technical knowledge in garment washing and dying on both Woven and Knit Fabric
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, strong accuracy with good problem-solving skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Experience independent handling with Customers
