Job Title: Windows Server Engineer / System Administrator Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 6+ years Shift: 24x7 rotational support Notice : Immediate / Under 30 days Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Engineer with strong knowledge in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Azure, and Networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, resolution of technical issues, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement across our server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end service delivery to achieve contractual requirements and customer expectations. Manage Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure, and server security tasks. Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle technical escalations efficiently. Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to automation initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve issues. Track metrics, create reports, and support performance optimization. Ensure server patching, upgrades, monitoring, and backup processes are carried out timely. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Azure, and Networking. Experience in PowerShell scripting and server administration. Experience with VMware or Nutanix (virtualization). Good understanding of system security, backups, and performance tuning. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and stakeholder handling skills. Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in automation or scripting (PowerShell preferred). Knowledge of Nutanix administration and server infrastructure tools. Preferred Certifications ITIL v3 Foundation Certification (Preferred) Microsoft / Azure Certifications (Nice to have) Regards, Purna Sai Manikanta
