SENIOR COLOURIST

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN AD FILMS: 10+ YEARS

  1. Color Grading Expertise : Deliver high-quality color grading for films, commercials, branded content, and other visual media, ensuring alignment with the creative vision.
  2. Software Proficiency : Expert knowledge of industry-standard tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Baselight, or Nuke, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  3. Creative Collaboration : Work closely with producers, directors, cinematographers and clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning visuals.
  4. Technical Skills : Manage color consistency, enhance image aesthetics, and troubleshoot technical issues in footage, including HDR and 4K workflows.
  5. Attention to Detail : Perform meticulous quality checks to ensure output meets technical and creative standards for broadcast or digital platforms.
  6. Leadership Role : Mentor and guide junior colorists and assistants, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the studio.
  7. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on the latest trends in color grading, film aesthetics, and post-production technology.
  8. Project Management : Handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
  9. Client Management : Build strong relationships with clients by offering creative input and maintaining clear communication throughout the grading process.
  10. Portfolio : Bring an impressive portfolio showcasing expertise across diverse genres and formats, reflecting a deep understanding of color theory and storytelling.
