Learn more at OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager – Operations to support the day-to-day functioning of our villa portfolio in Goa/Coonoor and North. This role will involve operational oversight, property upkeep, team coordination, and a strong focus on training frontline staff to maintain high service standards.Ideal candidates will come from facility management or hospitality/hotel operations backgrounds and thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Property ManagementOversee daily villa operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and readiness checks.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.Coordinate with caretakers and vendors for upkeep of property infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, pools, gardens, etc.).Team Supervision & SchedulingManage day-to-day scheduling of staff across multiple villas.Ensure staff punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to SOPs.Liaise with vendors and contractors for routine and urgent work.Training & Quality ControlLead training initiatives for housekeeping, maintenance, and property staff.Ensur e that all personnel understand and maintain Tisya Stays’ brand standards.Conduct regular refreshers and evaluate on-ground performance.Guest Experience SupportCoordinate with the Guest Relations team to ensure villas are guest-ready.Address any operational issues during guest stays quickly and professionally.Ensure all amenities are functional and replenished before each check-in.Inventory & ReportingMaintain inventory logs for linen, cleaning supplies, and consumables.Track daily operational reports, vendor activities, and maintenance schedules.Support in budgeting and controlling operational costs.Candidate ProfileCriteriaRequirements Experience 3–6 years in hospitality operations or facility management (hotel/villa/serviced apartments preferred) Education Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Key Skills Staff training, operations management, vendor coordination, property maintenance Personal Traits Hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, team player Language Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Konkani is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation – Up to ₹10 LPA CTCOpportunity to work with a fast-growing luxury rental brandA collaborative work culture focused on quality, local culture, and attention to detailOn-ground learning and leadership opportunities
