About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter – Team Lead to oversee and guide our recruitment team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, mentor recruiters, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will work closely with department heads and HR leadership to build strong talent pipelines and meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize online and offline sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs, employee referrals, campus recruitment, etc.) to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Oversee high-volume and specialized hiring efforts, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate experience, etc.) and implement improvements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
