About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Google Search Ads Specialist
with proven experience in managing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
Google Search Ads, Retargeting strategies, Google Tag Manager, and landing page optimization
. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and ensuring efficient ad performance across search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Google Search Ads
    campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize
    retargeting campaigns
    to improve brand recall and conversions.
  • Implement and manage
    tracking solutions
    through
    Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    for accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the design/content team to create and test
    landing pages
    that drive higher conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare performance reports and present campaign results, trends, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    managing
    Google Ads PPC campaigns
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    setup and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in
    retargeting and remarketing campaigns
    .
  • Experience in
    landing page optimization and A/B testing
    .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
