Testing for CDP/CDM with different integration Sources Ensure high-quality customer data integration across platforms. Support and train end-users, while maintaining system documentation. Collaborate with multiple departments to align tech capabilities with business goals. Possess strong technical and analytical skills, especially in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. Adapt to new technologies and contribute to data governance initiatives. Key Skills:- Oracle CDP and CDM Configuration Testing System Analysis & Optimization Data Integration & Management SQL & PL/SQL Data Modeling Oracle Fusion & Unity Cloud (Preferred) Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting Technical Support & End-User Training Documentation & Process Mapping Cross-functional Collaboration (IT, Product, Marketing, Sales) Data Governance & Stewardship Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication Skills Teamwork & Adaptability Experience with Tableau or Power BI (Preferred) Knowledge of ERP Systems System Integration Techniques (APIs, Streams, etc.)
