We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to work within our Architectural visualization Team in delivering Architectural Design Visualization, Animation & Presentation Projects to our Clients. The primary responsibilities of a 3D Visualizer are designing, creating, and providing aesthetic advice for presentations and producing compelling, photo-realistic 3D renderings, animation, and photo composites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for a range of architectural projects.Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.Utilize industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, D5 renders, Unreal Engine, and others to create detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and renderings of architectural designs.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural rendering and visualization to continuously improve skills and techniques.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understand architectural CAD drawings to accurately translate design concepts into 3D visualizations.Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the modelsCreating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real-life objects using special rendering softwareCreating 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic fieldsDelivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:A portfolio of high-quality graphical work produced in a professional environmentMust be an expert in the use of software: 3Ds Max / Vray / Lumion /Sketch up / AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Revit Architecture and any other graphic or rendering software.Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a creative environment; preferably with a graduate-level qualification or any equivalent Degree.Well knowledge in modeling and rendering software more than academic qualification

EXPERIENCE:Minimum one year of Experience in 3D Rendering & VisualizationExperience within an architectural practice and advantage
