Who you are:
• 5+ years of proven experience in the field of Software Engineering
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of the engineering stack, and how each piece fits into the whole 
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, AWS (Cloud concepts)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present sophisticated technical information clearly and concisely
• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development practices
• Self-motivated , relentlessly focused on impact, and able to operate under a great deal of independence 

Role & Responsibilities
