This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and training & development.The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and an in-depth understanding of hospitality HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end HR operationsRecruitment, onboarding & talent acquisitionTraining & development programsPayroll, attendance & HRMS managementEmployee engagement & grievance handlingHR policies, SOPs & statutory compliancePerformance management & annual appraisal cycleWorkforce planning and coordination with HODsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fieldSHRM / PHR / HR certification (preferred but not mandatory)Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership roleStrong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent managementGood understanding of labor laws, HR policies & complianceExperience in performance management & employee relationsAbility to design and monitor training & development initiativesProficiency in HRMS / payroll systems is an advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills8–10 years of HR experience (Hospitality preferred)
