Job Purpose

Responsible for Direct & Indirect Tax Matters Tax Compliances Audit & ICFR Control

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Managing all litigation matters pertaining to Service tax, GST, Customs, VAT Closing VAT assessments, GST audits, CAG audit, department queries Engaging in PIS & Exports refunds Appeals & Hearings, filing of custom appeals Preparation of various letters/response to notices, appeal and other documents for submission to tax department Liasion with the tax official & consultant / SSC / corporate Tax regularly. Monitor changes to tax laws and regulations and appraising Finance team Monitoring GST reconciliation, resolving GST queries of distributors and customers Timely monthly Compliances on ICFR and TCM tool

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

7-10 year work experience with minimum of 3 years related to Tax Must have thorough knowledge of MS Access & MS Excel Should have up to date knowledge on Tax related matters / notification.
