Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and driven Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in Flow Designer, Logic Apps, and core Azure tools. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who also possesses the ability to take initiative and lead efforts independently. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can design scalable automation solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Flow Designer, Logic Apps, and Azure tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Lead automation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows. - Document automation designs and operational procedures. - Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of experience in automation engineering. - Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Logic Apps. - Proficiency in basic Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams while also independently driving outcomes. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in integrating automation across enterprise platforms. - Familiarity with ITSM tools and APIs.
