Job Summary:
We are looking for a React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal
candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in building cross-platform mobile applications
using React Native. You will work on developing new features, maintaining existing apps, and
optimising performance.
Responsibilities:
❖ Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
❖ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
❖ Integrate third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Firebase, RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
❖ Work closely with designers and backend developers to create seamless UI/UX.
❖ Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring performance optimization.
❖ Implement state management solutions like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand.
❖ Build and deploy applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
❖ Work with React Native CLI and Expo as needed.
❖ Write unit tests using Jest, React Native Testing Library, or Detox.
❖ Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in daily standups.
Required Skills:
❖ React Native (3+ years experience) – Core framework knowledge.
❖ JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript – Writing scalable, well-structured code.
❖ State Management: Redux, Zustand, Context API.
❖ React Hooks – Strong understanding of useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.
❖ Mobile UI Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, React Native Paper.
❖ API Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL.
❖ Debugging & Performance Optimization: React Native Debugger, Flipper, LogBox.
❖ CI/CD: Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, AppCenter.
❖ Build & Deployment: Xcode, Android Studio, Play Store & App Store processes.
❖ Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab.
❖ Third-party SDKs & Native Modules: Firebase, Push Notifications, Payment Gateways.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):
❖ Experience with React Native Reanimated and animations.
❖ Knowledge of native development (Android - Java/Kotlin, iOS - Swift/Objective-C).
❖ Experience with WebRTC, Agora, or Live Streaming SDKs.
❖ Prior experience in microservices and scalable mobile architectures.
❖ Understanding of GraphQL and WebSockets.
Soft Skills:
❖ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
❖ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
❖ Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
❖ Passion for learning new technologies and improving development workflows.
