Experience: 6-12 Years | Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid | Availability: Immediate to 60 Days preferred Role Overview As an Oracle Cloud Technical Developer (Senior) , you’ll design, develop, and implement scalable Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build integrations, enhance system capabilities, and deliver high-performance cloud solutions that enable business transformation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Support data migration, automation, and end-to-end system implementation activities Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Oracle Cloud applications for performance and reliability Create and maintain documentation, ensuring alignment with project standards Participate in client discussions, testing cycles, and post-implementation support Qualifications 6–12years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (HCM / ERP / SCM) implementations Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Procurement , or similar modules Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, BI tools (FDI, OAC) Solid understanding of data migration, Fast Formulas, and technical configuration Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exposure to Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plus Bachelor’s degree required ; Oracle Cloud certification preferred
