Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our growing team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a strong portfolio of Middle East projects. You will be responsible for leading BIM coordination, managing architectural models, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage BIM models for architectural design projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural, MEP, etc.) for clash detection and model integration.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and construction documents based on project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, particularly Middle East design codes and practices.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Participate in design meetings and provide technical input and BIM expertise.
  • Develop BIM templates, standards, and workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide support and mentoring to junior team members in BIM processes and tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale Middle East projects (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, architectural detailing, and BIM coordination.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards, especially those used in Middle Eastern countries.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit Architecture (preferred)
  • Experience with Clash Detection software (e.g., Navisworks Manage)
  • Familiarity with BIM360, Dynamo, or other BIM-enhancing tools
  • Prior experience in a consulting or contracting environment for Gulf region projects
