Skills & Qualification
Education : Degree or diploma in Event Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in event design, with exposure to corporate or large-scale events being a plus.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , Indesign , AutoCAD, or other 3D design tools.
Creative Vision : Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs that enhance the event experience.
Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Support Conceptualisation of Events: Collaborate on brainstorming and developing event themes and creative designs, focused on audience engagement and connection. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that visual concepts are aligned with the purpose of the event in fostering learning and interaction.
Design Execution: Assist in designing the floor plan, stage setup, branding elements, and visual displays of the events.Prepare design mock-ups, 3D models, and presentations for clients for approval to ensure that such mock-ups reflect the Qeni ethos of meaningful engagement.
Coordination with Vendors for Production: Collaborate with decor, lighting, AV, and set production vendors to ensure all visual elements are produced as designed.Support the Senior Event Designer in sourcing materials, ensuring that the budget is adhered to without sacrificing quality.
On-Site Event Support: Assist in setup and teardown of event design elements. Participate actively in on-site coordination to facilitate seamless installation of design components including but not limited to backdrops, stage elements, and visual branding.
Client Interaction:
Attend client meetings with senior designers to receive design briefs and present initial ideas. Incorporate client feedback into designs and manage any required changes efficiently.
Event Debriefing:
Document event designs and gather feedback on the design elements. Help write post-event reports that review the success of the design and attendees' engagement.
Budget and Resource Management:
Support the management of design budgets by researching cost-effective materials and vendors. Ensure all design solutions meet the budget criteria while maintaining the high standards of Qeni for an engaging experience.
Trend Research:
Keep up with the latest trends in event design and corporate branding; advise on new and innovative ways to enhance attendee experience through design
Working Conditions:
Ability to travel to event sites across India. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, especially during large corporate events and conferences. A fast-moving environment where several projects are running parallel.
