Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions for our clients.

As a SharePoint Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint environments, primarily on-premises.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and efficient SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and customization of SharePoint solutions based on client requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of SharePoint developers and administrators.

- Architect SharePoint farm topologies and infrastructure configurations for on-premises deployments.

- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows using C#/. NET, SharePoint Designer, and other tools.

- Develop custom web parts, event receivers, timer jobs, and other SharePoint components as needed.

- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications, including third-party tools and services.

- Perform SharePoint administration tasks such as user management, permissions configuration, and content migration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, security, and functionality.

- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role, with at least (X) years of experience.

- Strong proficiency in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Server (on-premises) and SharePoint Online.

- Solid programming skills in C#/.NET for custom SharePoint development.

- Experience with SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint REST API.

- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Certified : SharePoint Developer certification or equivalent.

- Experience with SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to SharePoint Online (Office 365).

- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for modern SharePoint development.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Mandatory Skills : Share Point , C#/.Net, On Premises

Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days

Work Location : Kolkata - Hybrid/WFO
