Tech or equivalent in CS, Data Science, or related domainAbout the role: Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science architectures.Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.- Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI/ML specialists.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI/ML models and applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives.- Define and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practices.- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI/ML solutions.- Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies.- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI.- Mentor and develop the data science and AI/ML team members.- Continuously improve data science and AI/ML processes and methodologies.Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects and solutions.- Proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.- Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data science/AI tools (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn).- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data engineering, and software development lifecycles.- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Industry certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI/Gen AI (e.g., AWS Certified Data Scientist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.- Experience in product development, project management, or business consulting.About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
