Required Experience / Skillset:Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain processes, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.Act as a liaison between business and GIS, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating with GIS to implement effective solutions.Lead continuous improvement projectsusing methodologies such as Lean,Six Sigma, and other relevant tools. Develop and implement efficient processes to boost productivity and operational efficiency.Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for process changes.Proficient in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets, and make data-driven decisions.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Analyze and refine requirements for delivering necessary technology services within the supply chain planning area.Provide first-line support and insights for the supply planning team and cross-functional departments on troubleshooting, methodologies, and data issues related to planning tools.Translate business requests into functional requirements and coordinate with GIS (Global Information Services).Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP ECC/IBP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Prepare and present reports on process improvement activities, outcomes, and recommendations.Experience working cross-functionally with various organizations such as Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Global Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for process improvement initiatives.
Education / Experience:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, and project management.Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or APICS CPIM/CSCP are highly desirable skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid)
