Job description Key Responsibilities: Order Pickup and Delivery: • Collect laundry and dry-cleaning items from customers as per the allocated schedule on the mobile app. • Deliver cleaned and packaged orders back to customers within the designated time slots. Customer Interaction: • Communicate politely and professionally with customers. • Verify order details (customer name, mobile number, address) before pickup and delivery. • Address any customer queries or concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor if needed. General Responsibility: • Use the mobile application to track pickup/delivery locations, time slots, and order details. • Ensure punctual pickups and deliveries, adhering to the scheduled time slots. • Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce turnaround time. • Performing quality checks of the clothes received from the customer & from the factory after processing • Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper day to day orders received/sent • Planning & organising daily work/travel based on pickups assigned for the day • Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner • Accepting and recording payment for delivered orders What we’re looking for: • Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent. • Effective communication skills – preferably multi lingual (English, Kannada & Hindi) any two. • Able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers • Competent computer knowledge with fluid working hand on smart phone Experience: Minimum work experience: 1yr+ (Prior experience in delivery services, or customer-facing roles is preferred) Working Hours: 10 am to 9:00 pm (6 working days - Wednesday is a weekly off) Skills: • Basic smartphone handling and mobile app usage. • Strong time management and route optimization skills. • Good communication skills (local language and basic English/Hindi). • Customer-oriented with a polite and professional attitude. Perks and Benefits: • Salary: 16k to 20k Per Month. • Electric Two Wheeler will be provided from Company.
