Position Overview:


1. Assist the chairman in conducting research and analysis on overseas markets, and help formulate corresponding strategies for overseas business.

2. Assist the chairman in analyzing the operational and market situations of the Indian company, and setting annual work target and strategies.

3. Assist the chairman in improving various management systems of the Indian company to ensure organizational efficiency continuously.


Main Responsiblilites:

1. Assist the chairman in conducting research and analysis on overseas markets, and help formulate corresponding strategies for overseas business.

2. Assist the chairman in analyzing the operational and market situations of the Indian company, and aid in setting annual work objectives and strategies.

3. Assist the chairman in continuously improving various management systems of the Indian company to ensure organizational efficiency.

4. Assist the chairman, as per group requirements, in formulating the annual budget for the Indian company and ensure effective control to achieve annual sales and profit targets.

5. Assist the chairman in supervising and guiding the management of procurement suppliers in the Indian company, and achieve annual procurement tasks in line with group strategies.

6. Assist the chairman in guiding research and development (R&D) and production to achieve R&D and production objectives as per monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

7. Assist the chairman in guiding the marketing and sales team to accomplish sales tasks at various stages.

8. Assist the chairman in overseeing the timeliness and effectiveness of logistics, warehousing, and distribution work.

9. Regularly collect information on the Indian baking market, competitors, customers, etc., and provide feedback to the chairman and the group for effective decision-making.

10. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.


Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as Business Administration, Management, or related majors.

2. Specialization: Received professional training in areas such as strategic planning, marketing, supply chain management, human resources, finance, etc., and familiar with local laws and regulations in India.

3. Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a General Manager in overseas companies integrating production, sales, and research, with preference given to those with experience working in Indian companies.

4. Language: Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of normal communication with Indian colleagues. 需会中文和英文

5. Abilities: Strong logical thinking and work-driving abilities, excellent professional ethics and persuasiveness, decisive, strong sense of responsibility and career ambition.

6. Location: The main work location is in Delhi, India, and other cities in India and Southeast Asia (regular visits to the home country according to group management regulations).需要常驻印度德里，但可定期回国探亲


Critical Skill:

1. Familiar with customer and channel resources in the Indian baking market.
