The role As a Workforce Planner, you’ll keep things moving making sure customers get the right support at the right time. It’s fast-paced, people-focused work that blends rostering, problem solving, and clear communication. If you’ve thrived in call centres, banking, scheduling or other high-volume roles, you’ll fit right in. This position works on a rotating monthly roster Monday to Friday, between 6am – 6pm (depending on call volumes) What you’ll do Build and manage rosters that match customer needs with staff availability. Respond to calls and changes quickly, keeping records accurate. Work with customers, families, and teams to deliver safe, timely services. Flag risks, issues, or workforce gaps and support future planning. What you need Passion for aged care, disability, or mental health services. Resilience and confidence in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong communicator, organised, and calm under pressure. Problem solver who looks for better ways of working.
