We are looking for a Business Analyst with an analytical bent of mind. You will work with key stakeholders in identifying and defining integration-specific business requirements, documenting processes and determining solutions for driving accomplishment of business objectives. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define integration use cases, write detailed user stories, and create product specifications.* Analyse and validate integration requirements with customers, sales, and internal teams, translating customer needs into actionable integration solutions.* Perform competitive analysis and develop a deeper understanding of the market.* Work closely with the Sales team on pre-sales activities, including RFPs and customer demos for integration-specific needs.* Gather feedback from customers and Customer Success teams on integration challenges and areas for improvement.* Create detailed mockups and UI requirements in alignment with the Product team.* Assist the Marketing team with feature go-to-market planning, ensuring clear communication of integration benefits.* Develop training materials and coach internal and external teams on integration workflows and features.* Write user-friendly knowledge base articles and guides to simplify integration processes for end-users.* Conduct quick user testing to validate integration features and workflows. Requirements: * Proven experience working on integration projects, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology-driven product company.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation and user-friendly guides.* Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.* A good understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, webhooks, and data synchronisation is required.* Hands-on experience with tools like Figma or Sketch for creating product mockups and illustrations is preferred.* Experience in customer support domain or QA/development roles in a cloud-based product company (optional).
