Location:- JaipurExp:- 8-12 YrsThe Salesforce Infrastructure lead will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and scalability of the company's Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures the platform is robust, secure, and aligned with the organization's business goals will implement best-practice governance, security, and deployment strategies.Platform governance and strategyDefine and enforce a Salesforce governance framework to ensure all changes and enhancements align with business objectives.Lead a Center of Excellence (Co E) or steering committee to prioritize initiatives and manage the long-term strategic roadmap for the platform.Evaluate and manage new Salesforce features and App Exchange products, determining their impact and suitability for the organization.Release and change management:-Plan, coordinate, and execute all Salesforce releases, including native Salesforce releases (Spring, Summer, Winter) and internal deployments.Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from development and testing to production deployment.Ensure the integrity of code and metadata by overseeing version control and change management processes.System administration and operations:-Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes) for development, testing, and training, ensuring they are refreshed and utilized correctly.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of the platform.Perform routine administrative tasks such as user management, profile and permission set management, and data management.Dev Ops and CI/CD:- Implement and manage a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for Salesforce to automate deployment processes.Work with development teams to standardize development processes, including version control, static code analysis, and automated testing.Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems using tools like Mule Soft or other APIs.Security and compliance:-Establish and enforce robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and integrity.Ensure the platform adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements, such as SOX or GDPR.Conduct security reviews and audits to protect the system and data from unauthorized access or breaches.Qualifications:-Proven experience in managing a large-scale Salesforce implementation, including hands-on administration and deployment experience.Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., Salesforce Dev Ops Center, Copado, Flosum) and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, System Architect) are preferred.Skills:-Methodologies: Agile development, Scrum, Dev Ops best practices.Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Interested candidates please share your updated resumes at
