Job Title: eCommerce Specialist (Shopify)


Overview:

SIX5SIX, a dynamic and innovative sportswear brand, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist with a proven track record in managing Shopify-based platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the development, management, and growth of our online retail platform, ensuring a seamless and exceptional online shopping experience.


Responsibilities:


1. Shopify Management:

  - Utilize expertise in Shopify to manage and optimize the functionality of the eCommerce platform.

  - Oversee day-to-day operations, including product uploads, front-end optimization and UX improvements.


2. Ecommerce Strategy and Optimization:

  - Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy specific to the Shopify platform to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.

  - Regularly audit and optimize the Shopify website for improved user experience, site performance, and conversion rates.


3. Digital Marketing:

  - Lead digital marketing initiatives on Shopify, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media promotions to drive traffic and sales.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for online channels.


4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  - Analyze Shopify analytics and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  - Generate regular reports to measure KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.


5. Customer Relationship Management:

  - Implement and manage customer retention strategies on Shopify, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing campaigns.

  - Help the customer support team manage customer queries and best practices.


6. Shopify Technology Management:

  - Stay updated on the latest Shopify features and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in eCommerce management with a focus on Shopify, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.

- In-depth knowledge of Shopify platforms, website analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and online merchandising strategies.
