Looking for a testing manager to lead team of highly skilled and qualified test engineers in High complex low volume PCBA and Sub system R&D industry in defence and aerospace sector.• Good knowledge of all aspects of the Complex PCBAs, testing with BGAs, DDRs, Processors, ADCs QDRs. • Good knowledge of Boards debugging with Complex PCBAs, testing with BGAs,DDRs, Processors, ADCs, QDRs. • Good Hands on experience in handling high end test instruments like Oscilloscope, network analyser, function generator • Very good knowledge in ESS, Qualification, EMI-EMC tests in defence and aerospace industry. • Good knowledge of schematics and ability find the root cause for failure • Basic knowledge of Boards and Embedded system design • Experience in a wide variety of testing methodologies , techniques and tools • People skills, especially diplomacy, initiation and encouraging and advocacy skills • Good knowledge of test plan, test optimization • Knowledge of the domain, system or application-under-test (desirable) • Experience in SW/RTL programming or managing programming teams (desirable) Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible to lead test team to complete projects testing in time to meet the customer delivery dates • Responsible to understand the test plan boards and systems, • Identify the requirements for new boards and system test requirements accessories, fixtures and test set ups • Plan the testing manpower required for the project • Responsible to identify the root cause for failures, debug the boards and systems to meet the project delivery dates • Responsible to handle analyse, debug and repair all RMA boards and systems. • Responsible to plan test requirements of projects for ESS, Qualification and EMI-EMC tests • Responsible to work with engineering team to design the boards and systems for testability and fore see the failures and fix them • Responsible to maintain all documents of testing department as per AS9100 requirements • Responsible to lead and motivate the complete testing team
