About the Role:
We're building the next phase of Puretech Digital's Influencer Marketing engine, and we're looking for a strategic hustler to lead the charge. You will work directly with the Vice President to drive
new business for Influencer Marketing
- both by converting briefs and by actively building your own lead pipeline. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys ideating, storytelling, pitching, and prospecting. You won't be involved in execution or campaign delivery - your focus is purely on business
growth and pre-sales

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Conversion
- Decode client briefs and create insight-led influencer marketing strategy and campaign ideas
- Suggest platform mix, content formats, influencer categories, and budget splits
- Work with internal teams to build pitch decks, mocks, and media plans
- Co-own pitch presentations with the VP – from ideation to client narration
- Once a campaign is converted, handover the mandate to the IM operations team with clear documentation
Proactive Business Development
- Identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities where influencer marketing can add value
- Work with internal teams (SEO, SM, Paid Media) to spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Network with industry professionals, attend events, and explore collaborations with agencies, platforms, and influencers
- Build a steady lead pipeline – including outbound pitches, case study sharing, creds decks, cold outreach, and references
- Maintain an ongoing business tracker, goals, and conversion funnel
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves
- 6–10 years of experience in influencer marketing strategy, business development, or brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and evolving brand objectives (TOFU to BOFU)
- Great with storytelling, proposal writing, pitching, and relationship building
- Confident navigating both structured briefs and open-ended conversations
- Comfortable with numbers – budgeting, forecasting, media buckets, and ROI mapping
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to BFSI, FMCG, EdTech, Lifestyle, and D2C sectors
- Prior experience in an agency's new business/ brand solutions/ growth team
- Familiarity with tools like Qoruz, Culture X, or similar
- Ability to draft compelling sample scripts/ hooks for influencer campaigns
