ob Summary: Full stack lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications on both the client-side and server-side. They should be proficient in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. In addition, they should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Requirements:

Proven experience as a .NET full stack developer and team leadLead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Angular, MVC, and Web APIWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code using .NET programming languagesStrong experience on front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plusGood understanding of Rest API’s and their implementation in .net Core.Experience with Net Core.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancementsExperience in Insurance domain based projectsTroubleshoot and debug issues in a timely mannerMaintain code quality, organization, and automatizationStay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in full-stack developmentDefine technical solutions and provide guidance to the teamMentor and train junior developersParticipate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followedLead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and progressFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teamsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to mentor and train junior developersExperience in defining technical solutions and providing guidance to the team
