Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Prepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management

Experience:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in JLG/Small Size Unsecured Loans, Team Management
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
