O9 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the o9 platform.
  • Design and configure o9 solutions (worksheets, alerts, metrics, workflows) for supply chain, demand, MEIO and S&OP processes.
  • Lead end-to-end o9 implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Support integration with ERP systems (Oracle) and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Conduct testing (SIT, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and provide training.
  • Act as an o9 subject matter expert, advising on best practices.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in o9 platform modules, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and SQL for data analysis and model development.
  • Knowledge of supply chain models, optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX), and advanced planning tools.

  • Develop and customize o9 platform solutions, including scripts, integrations, and custom workflows.
  • Implement technical configurations for supply , demand, MEIO and S&OP processes.
  • Design and support integrations with ERP systems (Oracle), Meta internal tools and external platforms.
  • Write and optimize code (Java, Python, SQL) for data models, automation, and reporting.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning for o9 deployments.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document technical designs and provide user training..

  • Proficient in o9 platform APIs, configuration, and scripting.
