Process Intelligence Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 3–5 Years Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role: We are looking for a Process Intelligence Analyst to support task-mining–driven analysis using Skan (or similar tools). The role is analysis-driven, with a primary focus on interpreting data and generating insights rather than on technical engineering. Experience with Skan or other task/process mining tools is beneficial but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Data Interpretation & Insight Generation Analyse user activity data from task-mining tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Review raw logs, user journeys, and system-captured activities to derive meaningful interpretations. Validate insights with functional stakeholders and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Light Technical Work (Basic SQL) Write simple SQL queries to extract, validate, and segment data when required. Perform basic data quality checks and prepare datasets for further analysis. Collaboration & Communication Engage with business teams to understand process context and operational pain points. Present findings through reports, summaries, or walkthrough sessions. Support discussions to translate insights into tangible improvement actions. Tool Support (Task Mining / Process Intelligence) Work with Skan or similar platforms to review event streams, task traces, or captured user actions. Assist with configuration checks or data validation within the tool (experience preferred, not mandatory). Help troubleshoot data inconsistencies or capture gaps. Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, process analysis, or analytics roles focused on operations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Basic SQL skills (capable of writing simple queries). Exposure to task-mining or process-mining technologies (Skan, Celonis, UIPath Task Mining, Minit, etc.) is a plus. Good communication skills with the ability to summarise and present findings clearly. Good-to-have: Experience working with Skan (even at a foundational level). Understanding of shared services, operations, or process documentation. Familiarity with data validation, data preparation, or basic reporting.
