We specialize in operational transformation through AI, covering domains like customer support, operations, finance, HR, and industry-specific automation.We are expanding our India team and looking for an experienced engineer who loves building, experimenting, and delivering production-grade AI products.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilledFull-Stack AI Engineercomfortable across web/mobile development, automation, backend engineering, and AI integrations. You will work directly with founders and product leaders to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications across multiple use cases.This role requires end-to-end ownership—from architecting system workflows to deploying features into production.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintainweb applications (React)andmobile apps (React Native) .Design workflows and automations usingn8n , including custom nodes, integrations, and API orchestration.Integrate and work withLLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local LLMs, vector DBs)to build AI agents, assistants, and automation pipelines.Develop Python services for backend logic, embeddings, fine-tuning, and API endpoints.Work withPostgreSQLfor schema design, data modeling, optimization, and writing performant queries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—AI, product, design, and engineering—to translate requirements into robust solutions.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.Participate in architecture discussions, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.Work in an agile environment with fast iteration cycles and end-to-end feature ownership.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Skills5–8 yearsof hands-on development experience.Strong experience inReact(hooks, state mgmt, component architecture).Solid experience inReact Nativeand building cross-platform mobile applications.Practical experience withn8n —workflow automation, triggers, custom nodes, and integrations.Working knowledge ofLLMs , including prompting, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.StrongPythonskills (FastAPI/Django optional but preferred).Expertise withPostgreSQL —schemas, indexing, joins, optimization.Proficiency working with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server-side logic.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with Docker or basic DevOps.Familiarity with AWS / GCP deployments.Knowledge of TypeScript.Experience building AI tools for operations or automation platforms.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.Comfort working independently in a remote setup.Ability to learn fast and adapt to new technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
