Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential clients within designated industries or territories to generate new sales opportunities for ERP solutions.
  •  Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to introduce our ERP offerings and assess their specific business needs.
  •  Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
  •  Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their ERP requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
  •  Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive and effectively position our ERP solutions.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with specific experience in selling ERP software solutions preferred.
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  •  Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding sales targets.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  •  Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development activities.
