Job Description :

- Azure Cloud Management : Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

- Infrastructure Optimization : Analyse and optimize infrastructure performance and costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Networking : Design, implement, and manage network configurations to support cloud

- Security Implementation : Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Architecture & Roadmap : Build scalable architecture for new products

- Database Capabilities : Administer and optimize databases to ensure high performance and availability, including backups, replication, and failover strategies.

- Kubernetes Orchestration : Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.

- Monitoring and Logging : Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions,

- Privileged Access Management (PAM) : Implement and manage PAM solutions, with a strong focus on securing, managing, and monitoring privileged access to critical systems.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and reliability.

- Automation and Scripting : Create and maintain scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless and reliable application delivery.

- Support and Troubleshooting : Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

- Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines : Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate integration and deployment processes.


- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation scripts.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in a DevOps role with a strong emphasis on scripting, automation, cloud infrastructure, networking, database administration, Kubernetes, and PAM.

Key Competencies :

- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Team Management : Lead a team of 5-8 DevOps engineer

- Problem-solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.

- Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications : Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications.

- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools.

- Security Best Practices : Understanding of security best practices and tools.
