As a Back Office Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's back-office functions. You will be responsible for performing various administrative and analytical tasks to support the efficient functioning of our business operations. *Responsibilities:* 1. *Data Management:* Accurately input, update, and maintain data in back-office systems and databases.
2. *Transaction Processing:* Process transactions, such as orders, invoices, payments, and inventory updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. *Documentation:* Maintain and organize documentation related to transactions, contracts, and other business activities.
4. *Reconciliation:* Perform regular reconciliation's of accounts, statements, and reports to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
5. *Reporting:* Generate and analyst reports to provide insights into back-office operations and support decision-making processes.
6. *Problem-solving:* Investigate and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, transaction errors, and other operational challenges.
7. *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
8. *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline back-office processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
9. *Collaboration:* Coordinate with other departments, including finance, sales, and customer service, to facilitate seamless business operations.
10. *Ad-hoc Tasks:* Assist with special projects, assignments, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements *Qualifications:*

4. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
7. Familiarity with ERP systems and back-office software applications is a plus.
8. Knowledge of financial principles and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
9. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
