Kitchen Head Chef to join our Frozen food manufacturing team in Guwahati. If you have a flair for creating diverse and delicious dishes, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and prepare menus featuring a variety of cuisines, including:- Italian- Indian (North and South)- Chinese- Other regional Indian cuisines- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.- Collaborate with the team to innovate and refine recipes.- Manage kitchen operations efficiently and meet service expectations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in professional kitchens.- Proficiency in Italian, Indian, Chinese, South Indian, and other Indian cuisines is a must.- Strong creativity and attention to detail in menu planning and food preparation.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Certification in culinary arts or food safety is a plus.

Salary

₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills).
