Configuration Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION Excellent knowledge on Healthcare domain · Good communication skills · Experience of working in agile development environment · Experience background in HealthRules Payor (Or any platform based Healthcare product) will be preferred · Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team · Design and configure Core Admin systems for processing Claims and Clinical Operations · Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to Configuration best practices and Coding standards · Provide guidance to the Configuration team · Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project · Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project · Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks · Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo · Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members · Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups · Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities · Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors Participate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track - Works under the guidance of the Configuration Lead - Healthcare knowledge Primary Skills Configuration, Healthcare, Payors
