Key Responsibilities:
* *Customer Interaction:* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in Hindi.
* *Issue Resolution:* Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* *Documentation:* Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
* *Product Knowledge:* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
* *Quality Assurance:* Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
* *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
