Primary skills : VHDL/Verilog, Xilinx Vivado/ISE, DSP/STA

Qualification : Any Engineering/ Computers degree

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Perform full lifecycle development and integration of VHDL/Verilog into different families of FPGAs, preferably Xilinx.

- Design and develop digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms within FPGAs.

- Implement designs on Xilinx devices, focusing on static timing analysis (STA) and design optimization for timing closure.

- Work on proof of concept (POC) projects, contributing to the development and testing of these projects.

- Assist in the performance testing of POC projects, ensuring that they meet required specifications.

- Develop electrical hardware and software designs that meet various technical, financial, geometric, and other design constraints through a combination of modeling, simulation, prototyping, testing, and analysis.

- Work on FPGA firmware and software architecture to enhance the functionality of existing products and address the needs of key markets and applications.

- Write and review design and verification documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of design specifications.

- Design, implement, and verify FPGA IP modules to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in VHDL and Verilog for FPGA design.

- Experience with FPGA development tools, particularly Xilinx Vivado and ISE.

- Strong understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms and their implementation in FPGAs.

- Experience with static timing analysis (STA) and design optimization for timing closure on Xilinx devices.

- Proven ability to work on proof of concept projects and assist in performance testing.

- Strong skills in developing electrical hardware and software designs, including modeling, simulation, prototyping, testing, and analysis.

- Experience with FPGA firmware and software architecture design.

- Excellent technical writing skills for design and verification documentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
